  • When poor mould release causes stress deformation, it can be solved by these methods, such as increasing the number or area of putter and setting draft, etc.

  •  When the deformation of residual stress is caused by the forming condition, the stress can be eliminated by reducing the injection pressure, increasing the mould temperature and making the mould temperature uniform and improving the resin temperature or the annealing method.

For the overflow problem, the emphasis should be on the improvement of the mould. In terms of moulding conditions, we can start with the reduction of liquidity. Specific solutions can be adopted as follows:
  • Reduce the mould temperature.
  • Reduce injection pressure.
  • Lower the resin temperature.
  • Increase the clamping force.
  • Grind the mould surface that have overflow problem..
  • Use materials with high viscosity grade.
  • Use harder mould steel.
  • Adjust the joint surface of accurate die.
  • Increase the mould support column to increase rigidity.
  • Determine the size of different exhaust slots based on different materials.
