Plastic Moulding Method

Injection moulding: a method of producing a shape for an industrial product. Products usually use rubber injection moulding and plastic injection moulding. Injection moulding can also be divided into injection moulding and die casting. An injection moulding machine is a main moulding equipment for forming plastic articles of various shapes from thermoplastic moulding materials or thermosetting materials using plastic moulding dies. Injection moulding is achieved by injection moulding machines and moulds.

Extrusion: a processing method refers to the material through the role of the extruder barrel and screw, while being heated, while being pushed forward by the screw, continuous through the head to make a variety of cross-section products or semi-articles.
Rotary: the moulding method is to first measure the plastic into the mould, after the mould is closed, so that it rotates along the two vertical axis of rotation, heating the mould at the same time, the plastic raw material in the mould under the action of gravity and thermal energy, gradually evenly coated, melted and adhered to the entire surface of the mould cavity, moulded into the same shape as the mould cavity, and then cooled and set, and demoulded to obtain the desired shape of the product.

Blow mouldingBlow moulding: also known as hollow blow moulding, is a rapid development of plastic processing methods. The tubular plastic parison obtained by extrusion or injection moulding of a thermoplastic resin is placed in a split mould, and immediately after the mould is closed, compressed air is blown into the parison, so that the plastic parison is blown and tightly adhered to the inner wall of the mould. In the above, after cooling and demoulding, various hollow products are obtained.

Blister: a plastic processing technology, the main principle is to make flat plastic hard sheet heating soft, vacuum adsorption on the mould surface, after cooling moulding, and applied to all walks of life.

CNC: computer numerically controlled machine tool is an automatic machine tool equipped with a program control system. The control system can logically process programs having control code or other symbolic instruction specifications and decode them to cause the machine to act and machine parts.
CastingCasting: a method of plastic processing. In the early casting process, liquid monomers or prepolymers were introduced into a mould under a normal pressure, and they were solidified by polymerization to become the same shape as the mould cavity. In the 1960s, nylon monofilaments appeared. With the development of moulding technology, the traditional concept of casting has changed. Polymer solution, dispersion refers to polyvinyl chloride paste and melt can also be used for casting moulding.

Thermoforming: it is a special plastic processing method that processes thermoplastic sheet into various products. The sheet is clamped on the frame and heated to a softened state. Under the action of the external force, it is brought into close contact with the surface of the mould so as to obtain a shape similar to the surface of the mould. After cooling and setting, after dressing, you can get the product.
